Compensation $40–$50 per flat rate hour depending on experience, certifications, and production level Relocation and toolbox moving assistance may be available for qualified candidates. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Ford dealership or structured automotive shop experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced flat-rate environment
• Ford certifications are highly valued
