Ready to reinvent tomorrow? Our Client seeks a Fire Alarm Designer to solve complex challenges. Bring your 4+ years of Revit experience to a dynamic team designing innovative data center solutions!

salary: $61.15 - 72.00 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

• Provide technical design leadership for data center life safety systems, including fire alarm, smoke control, and fire protection systems.

• Lead the creation of 3D BIM models and complete design drawings utilizing Revit MEP in coordination with architects and engineers.

• Deliver code-compliant asset protection and fire mitigation solutions, incorporating smoke modeling and explosion prevention.

• Produce constructible designs by calculating equipment sizes, creating network diagrams, and developing comprehensive construction specifications.

• Collaborate effectively with leads, subject matter experts, and multidisciplinary teams to manage concurrent projects and ensure on-time completion.
