Venture Smarter is seeking dedicated, friendly **Customer Service Phone Agents** to join our remote support team. In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
* Assist with questions, concerns, and product/service information
* Resolve customer issues or escalate them when necessary
* Document customer interactions accurately
* Provide excellent service while meeting performance metrics
* Maintain a calm and patient attitude during calls
* Strong verbal communication and listening skills
* Previous customer service or call-center experience is a plus
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
* Professional and empathetic phone demeanor
* Ability to work flexible shifts if needed
**$600 – $1000 USD per month**, depending on experience and performance
