West Bend Health and Rehabilitation is a 45 bed facility located in the town of West Bend, Iowa. Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is looking for excellent candidates to help us in achieving the best care possible for our residents. Job Duties:

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments as defined by state regulations in accordance with company policy and procedure under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Takes vital signs or observes resident to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reactions.
• Gives and or assists in direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, feeding residents, assisting in examinations and treatments as applicable.
• Provide exceptional care to our residents.
• Document accurately and completely.

Requirements:

• Valid CMA License
