Apprentice Plumber

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is seeking a motivated Apprentice Plumber to join our growing residential plumbing team. What You'll Earn

• Starting hourly pay of $18.00 - $24.00 per hour , based on experience

What You'll Do

• Assist experienced plumbers on residential service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions to customers
• Help with larger projects including sewer line repairs, repiping, drain cleaning, and fixture installations
• Use professional tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
• Maintain clean job sites and strong communication with the team

What You Need

• Strong desire to learn and grow in the plumbing trade
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to obtain your Tradesman Plumber license

Preferred (Not Required):

• Previous construction, mechanical, or service experience
• Any plumbing or trade school background
