Job Description

Job Summary

You will assist in all warehouse activities including, but not limited to, loading, unloading, stocking and sequencing all products while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pulling product and building each load directly from the load sheet as soon as available. Ensuring pallets are built according to in-house cases per hour target for all orders.
  • Ensuring loads (keg routes, hotshots, package routes, special events, etc.) are done accurately and neatly.
  • Visually inspecting all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition.
  • Loading the product on each truck properly to prevent damage. Reviewing each completed load and making sure it can be counted without having to move any product.
  • Must have ability to handle equipment, such as forklift, baler, sweeper/scrubber, ride-on electric pallet jack, wrapper, glue gun and manual pump handle jack, safely and sensibly.

This is a physically demanding position requiring the following

  • Standing - continuously
  • Walking - continuously
  • Driving - occasionally (must be forklift certified prior to operation of company forklift)
  • Reaching above - frequently
  • Bending/Stooping - frequently
  • Carrying (20-50 lbs) - continuously
  • Carrying (50-100 lbs) - frequently

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ride-on electric pallet jack experience is preferred, but not required
