The Best Stop Supermarket is a family-owned Cajun market specializing in world-famous boudin, cracklins, and authentic South Louisiana delicacies. Since 1986, we have built a reputation for excellence by using the finest Cajun seasonings and traditional techniques. Our Katy location is a hub for everything from gumbo and crawfish etouffée to deboned stuffed chickens and fresh sausage. At The Best Stop, family and good food are at the heart of everything we do. The Specialty Meats Manager is responsible for the oversight of the meat department team and the expert presentation of our signature products. This role ensures that employee morale remains high while producing exceptional, seasoned, and stuffed meats that meet our 39-year legacy of quality. You will be the primary lead for production standards, showcase aesthetics, and team development.
The Best Stop Supermarket is a family owned cajun market that specializes in boudin and cracklins, which is a delicacy originating in South Louisiana. Along with boudin and cracklins, the Best Stop carries a wide variety of specialty meats that are seasoned and marinated with the finest cajun seasonings. The first Best Stop opened in 1986 and after 39 years, the family prides themself on being the best specialty meats originating from Louisiana.
In addition to specialty meats and boudin, the Katy location serves premade gumbo, crawfish etouffee, rice dressing, deboned stuffed chicken, fresh sausage, marinated meats, crawfish tails, king cakes, hamburger patties and all the favorite Best Stop Cajun seasonings and sauces. The Katy location includes a deli that cooks to order some of the Best Stop favorites.
