What You’ll Do (The Lead Role)

• Command the Kitchen: You’ll oversee the grill, fry station, and dressing table to ensure our \no freezer\ freshness is handled perfectly.
• Coach & Mentor: You aren't just a boss; you’re a teacher. You’ll guide Crew Members, keep morale high, and ensure the \No Jerks\ culture stays alive.
• Own the Standard: You’ll be the gatekeeper of quality, cleanliness, and speed, ensuring the team is always ready for our Weekly Secret Shoppers .
• Customer Connection: Lead the charge in high-energy service, resolving issues on the fly and making sure the dining room is spotless.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have previous leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or Manager) in food service or retail.
• High Energy: You thrive in loud, high-volume environments and can keep your cool when the line is out the door.
• Reliable & Ethical: You lead by example. You show up on time, work hard, and always look for ways to help your team.
• Mission-Driven: You want to be part of a company that funds charity work locally and globally.
