Baer is looking for SAP Ariba Functional Lead for a 6 month Federal remote Project.

Title: SAP Ariba Functional Lead
Location: Remote with Onsite in Sacramento, CA
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Ariba Functional Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative for a confidential state agency. This role is critical in stabilizing and optimizing procurement operations by providing functional expertise in SAP Ariba and ensuring efficient issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Description

 

• Provide functional support for SAP Ariba within a transformation program.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across Ariba modules, especially procurement workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets based on service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
