POSITION – Sanitation Associate
LOCATION – Menomonie
STARTING DATE - Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temporary to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday) *OT as needed
STARTING PAY – $17.00 per hour
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or Equivalent required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous manufacturing or sanitation experience preferred
Employees will be responsible for washing buckets, utensils, and production equipment, performing light janitorial duties, and assisting with packaging tasks once sanitation work is complete. This position is ideal for dependable individuals with a get-it-done attitude who enjoy staying active throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
• Wash buckets, utensils, and production equipment
• Perform light janitorial and sanitation duties
• Maintain a clean and organized production environment
• Assist with packaging tasks after sanitation duties are completed
• Follow safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures
• Support production needs and daily team goals
• Clean work areas and equipment at end of shift as needed
Qualifications:
• Ability to lift 20 to 30 pounds frequently
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and write
• Knowledge of the metric system and conversions
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
