*Registered Nurse (RN) Hawaii Acute Care Hospital Units <\/b>

RNs with an absolute <\/span> minimum of 1 year current experience, as a licensed Registered Nurse <\/span><\/b> , in the same acute care hospital unit as you are applying for.
<\/span><\/p>

Med\-Surg, ICU, NICU, PICU, L&D, Onc, SDU, ER, OR, PACU, Tele, Peri\-op, Cath Lab, Pediatrics, Neuro (Subject to change)
<\/span><\/p>

(Sorry, no <\/span> new grads <\/span><\/b> will be considered however we do have another Acute Care Hospital in a different state that will accept New Grads into their residency program for as little as a one year commitment. Large Sign\-on bonus available for this one)<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span> We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to care for our patients with <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> compassion <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> and one who can <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> facilitate their speedy recovery. The candidate will be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention methods and healthy habits. Ideally, the candidate should be a responsible, <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> gentle <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> and well\-trained professional who can provide exceptional nursing care with minimal supervision whilst following health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote the patient's well\-being by providing high quality nursing care. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patient’s charts. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication(s) and provide treatments according to the physician’s orders. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Assist surgeons during procedures. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Expand their knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
