We are seeking a motivated and physically capable Temporary Process Excellence (PEX) Operator to support our factory’s continuous improvement initiatives. This hands-on role drives visual management, workplace organization, and efficiency improvements across our production environment. Process Excellence Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Execute a variety of Process Excellence (PEX) tasks and participate in factory improvement activities.
• Collaborate with PEX Specialists, PEX Technicians, and Production teams to implement improvement plans and support daily operations.
• Implement visual management standards: painting, tape application, floor markings, and layout updates.
• Build, cut, assemble, and install wooden structures such as workstations, tool boards, shelving, and panels.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Process Excellence Operator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven experience in physically demanding roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and extensive walking
• Proficiency in following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
