Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our new outpatient clinic in Portland, Maine. You’ll provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and acute care. Position Highlights

Provide full-spectrum primary care for patients 

Collaborate with a skilled clinical team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care

Focus on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $140,000 – $150,000

Requirements

Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Maine or ability to obtain
