Location: Woodbury, Long Island (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Office closes at 3:00 PM on Fridays)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the operational workflow of a growing financial services practice. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless client experience while supporting the advisory team's efficiency, responsiveness, and proactivity.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously, and takes pride in keeping processes structured and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding processes, including data collection and documentation

• Oversee deal flow across wealth management, life insurance, tax planning, and other advisory solutions

• Prepare and track life insurance applications to ensure timely processing

• Coordinate investment account opening, paperwork, and follow-ups

• Schedule meetings, confirm appointments, and maintain calendar organization

• Support social media efforts and digital engagement initiatives

• Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of the practice
