Korzen Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our inpatient psychiatry team in Clarksville, AR. Location: Clarksville, AR
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time | Inpatient | Monday–Friday + Rotating Weekend Call
Compensation: $125,000+ annually (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for inpatient populations.
• Provide medication management and monitor patient progress.
• Participate in daily rounding, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care coordination.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Arkansas.
• Arkansas DEA required or ability to obtain.
• Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
