Job Overview
We are seeking experienced OTR (Over-the-Road) Owner Operators to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to operate a variety of commercial trucks across long-distance routes, providing essential freight services nationwide. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in truck driving, with the ability to handle different trailer types and cargo loads, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

Duties

• Operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across assigned routes, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations
• Transport refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, or freight loads over long distances
• Load and unload cargo efficiently and safely at various locations
• Manage route driving schedules to meet delivery deadlines
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
• Comply with all federal and state transportation laws and company policies
• Assist with special projects such as forklift operation, dump truck handling, or roll-off truck duties when required

Qualifications

• We are TNV Group. Carrier company with access to private networks where customers post their loads for a list of carriers they operate with daily, that's not the loadboard and not everyone has access to it.

What we offer is loading all over US and Canada under our authority, as these loads are provided directly to our authority they can't be hauled by anyone, so we are providing carrier agreements to keep everything legit.

Payments: All payments are transferred through ACH transfer and paid each Friday (0% charged), for carriers that want to get paid sooner we have Quick Payment Option. Payment comes in 2-4hrs after delivery with a 7% fee.

Shipments: These are Freights of All Kinds and provided to you through our authority as it was mentioned before.
