Job Description

Kalos Services is looking for a Mechanics Assistant to support our fleet operations. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on dependable and comfortable performing routine vehicle maintenance and running daily errands to keep operations moving.

Youll work directly with our mechanic and operations team to ensure our company vehicles stay serviced clean and ready for the field.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay $16.00 - $18.00 hourly based on experience
• Full-time position
• Typical schedule: Tuesday Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Assist with oil changes filter replacements and fluid checks (oil coolant transmission etc.)
• Pick up and drop off vehicles for service or job needs
• Handle parts runs and package deliveries between job sites vendors and the office
• Help maintain a clean and organized shop/yard
• Support the mechanic with general tasks and repairs as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge (automotive or similar hands-on experience preferred)
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift move and work on your feet throughout the day
• Reliable punctual and able to follow direction
• Comfortable with repetitive production-style work
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
