Job Title:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location:Aitkin, MN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support primary care clinic operations. The ideal candidate will assist with patient care, clinical coordination, and administrative duties while providing excellent service to patients of all ages.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Support daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
• Coordinate patient care and follow-up activities.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff.
• Perform administrative and clinical support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification OR
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• 3 6 months of related clinical experience preferred.
• New graduates and current LPN/CMA students are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
