Design and develop high-quality, reliable software components for an AI-powered financial platform Gather requirements, consider edge cases, and create system designs independently Collaborate with a small team of highly skilled engineers to build innovative solutions Participate in rapid iteration cycles with direct feedback from sophisticated end-users Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the product's direction 7+ years of hands-on experience with Python (or strong programming background and willingness to learn Python) Experience with FastAPI or other Python frameworks strongly desired Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform High autonomy and self-governance with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent system design and architectural skills High standards for code quality and reliability Experience with frontend technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript, React/NextJS/Node) is a significant plus Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level...are located in the Charleston area of West Virginia.
