Job Description

If you're an enthusiastic Interior Designer looking for an exciting opportunity to grow within a reputable Architecture and Design Firm, this is your chance to join a dynamic team! We are seeking a talented professional with a passion for design and a strong desire to further develop leadership skills while managing diverse, impactful projects.

Interior Design Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design
5-12 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects, with a strong focus on interior design
Strong background in commercial, recreation, public sector, public works, sustainable, and municipal/government projects is a plus

Interior Designer Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, PhotoShop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office preferred
Excellent technical, code, and detailing skills for high-quality documentation
Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for the multidisciplinary design process
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
Ability to integrate design requirements seamlessly with architecture
LEED accreditation and NCIDQ certification are a bonus

Interior Designer Responsibilities:

Manage projects from start to finish, taking ownership of every phase
Collaborate with clients to define design concepts and project requirements
Develop design criteria and oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and planning
Create detailed designs, drawings, and models using advanced software tools
Foster professional client relationships and contribute to business development
Exhibit leadership abilities while building connections across all project levels
