job summary:
Industrial Electrician non-exempt opportunity with our client located in the Horsham, PA area for a direct-hire, 3-4-4-3 schedule 7PM-7AM night-shift role. This position offers a 2,500 dollar sign-on bonus payable after 30 days of employment and a solid benefits package. You must have demonstrated manufacturing experience and PLC programming skills. As the sole night-shift technician, you will manage automation systems and electrical repairs to ensure peak plant performance. Relocation assistance is available.

responsibilities:

• Perform programming, installation, and troubleshooting of PLC systems (Allen Bradley/Siemens) and industrial network switches.

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical components, including solid-state circuits, transducers, and high-voltage motors to minimize downtime.

• Maintain critical plant equipment including gas mixers, air compressors, and de-ionized water units while adhering to NEC standards.

• Execute preventative maintenance schedules and identify system inefficiencies to proactively resolve electrical or safety hazards.

• Support the installation of new production machinery, ensuring all electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems meet operational specs.
