Job Description

The role involves installing interior prefabricated products while interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements. It includes determining layout

and installation procedures, documenting and preparing invoices and work orders, and measuring and marking guidelines for accurate installations. Responsibilities also extend to preparing and maintaining work materials and supplies, loading and unloading trucks with necessary equipment, supervising other workers, and utilizing a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely. As well as loading and unloading customer items, assisting with moves, and ensuring proper handling of goods.

Installation & Technical Execution

• Install interior prefabricated products with precision and adherence to manufacturer standards.

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, diagrams, and written specifications to determine exact work requirements.

• Utilize a wide range of hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installations.

Documentation &Administrative Duties

• Prepare, complete, and maintain accurate invoices, work orders, and job documentation.

• Record materials used, time spent, and any deviations from planned work.

• Communicate job progress, issues, or required adjustments to supervisors or clients as needed.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise and support other workers or helpers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely and correctly.

• Provide guidance on installation techniques, safety practices, and workflow efficiency.

• Assist in coordinating jobsite activities to maintain smooth project progression.

Customer Service & Moving Support

• Load and unload customer items with care, ensuring proper handling and protection of goods.

• Assist with residential or commercial moves as required, including packing, staging, and transporting items.

• Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
