BUILDING AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN - BAS/BMS SYSTEM SPECIALIST - TOP PAY - URGENT NEED!

The Preferred candidate will have expert technical knowledge with BMS systems, for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) within dynamic construction environments. This pivotal role requires a proven ability to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues across a broad spectrum of systems, including DDC, EPMS, and Energy Management Systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of advanced control strategies and building automation principles, enabling them to effectively troubleshoot and optimize system performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4+ years field experience in the HVAC controls industry including DDC Systems commissioning , software integration operation, calibration, and experience with pneumatic controls.
• Knowledge of Automated Logic WebCTRL software tools and field circuit debugging skills preferred.
• Understanding of the construction industry with emphasis in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong communication, organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, WebCTRL and various operating systems.
• Proven track record of completing jobs on schedule, being self-motivated and achieving full customer satisfaction.
