The German Insurance client's Sales and CRM Train is looking for support from an Agile consultant/coach. As the train has matured over the years it has moved further away from agile principles and the essence of the SAFe framework.
This us impacting the way they are working and performing.
Therefore, they need support from an Agile Consultant that can join the incrementally.

Overall experience - More than 8 Years
Relevant experience - More than 4 years
Mandatory skill required -
Must have:
o Knowledge of SAFe and agile principles
o Experience with working in Scaled agile trains and transforming them
o OCM knowledge/experience
o Good knowledge of IT and IT Organizations
Good to have skills:
o Knowledge of Jira
o Experience with CRM/Sales
o Experience with Insurance
Required level of additional language - English and German.
